I received a call from Karina Lutz yesterday afternoon, passing on a question from yourselves. I understood it to be, whether there would be any objection from RI - IPL to the merger of Net Metering Section 39-26.2 with H7504/S2522 Restrictive Covenants.

By vote of the RI - IPL Board last night there is no objection assuming that you see this as a positive step toward adoption of the Restrictive Covenants legislation.
