Transcend is the latest menu headed up by Panda & Sons founder Iain McPherson. The Scotsman was named Bar Innovator of the Year at the Class Bar Awards earlier this year and this very menu was shortlisted at Tales of the Cocktail for Bar Menu of the Year.
This booze-forward drink has proven a hit on the Transcend menu, and is part of the Sous Pression quarter. The five-part serve is not only technical, but likely to be a regular appointment on Panda menus for years to come.
Method: Freeze ingredients in a stainless steel keg at -14.4C for 48 hours. Ingredients are multiplied up to fill each keg for batching. To serve, fine strain into a coupette and garnish with sable grapes.
Transcendence, as the name implies, is a "state of transcendence", allowing Hunters to tap into hidden powers for a certain amount of time. Upon entering this state, the Hunter can activate a variety of offensive and defensive buffs.
This will lead to a new window in which all the Transcendence stats can be found and managed. Here you can view, lock and upgrade stats and activate/deactivate Transcendence as a whole. The following picture shows an example of this window and what it looks like when all stats have been fully upgraded:
The option to turn Transcendence on and off can be found on the right half of the page near the bottom. This section will show a key or gamepad button and has some text written in black and red font next to it. The red text within the borders indicates whether Transcend is currently active or not.:
The Transcendence window in which the stats and progress can be managed contains 2 pages. The first page covers all of the offensive stats, whereas the second page covers all of the defensive and miscellaneous bonuses.
The Transcended State is somewhat similar to how Wystones work in Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. Like Wystones, Transcendence also has a charging time and an activation time. However, they are different in that Wystones are immediately available for usage while Transcend is not.
But drivers can get more possibility of widgets. Not only can set Disney+, HBO max , Tubi or other streaming apps as widget . But also set up news app like Quora, CNN as your customized widget , never miss the important news of the day !
In addition, many drivers want to get the weather info on carplay. Through the widget customization feature, you can also use your commonly used weather forecast app as a homepage widget . Then you will be able to know the weather conditions as soon as you get in the car, making travel more convenient !
At least but not last, there is another widget setting that we like very much, which is to set the widget as a gallery, so that every time you boot up the transcend car box, you will see your favorite things first, such as your pet photos, your family photos ! The Donum Estate is open by appointment only, seven days a week, 10 am - 4 pm PST. We are closed for the following holidays: Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Guests looking to visit the Estate are encouraged to make reservations 6-8 weeks in advance, as we are generally unable to accommodate last-minute reservations, especially weekends and holidays. Please note, the Estate can only accommodate guests 21 years of age or older and we do not allow pets on the property.
