I happy to see everybody in on the conversation. Although a headcount will be appropriate to start with.
So far we have
1) Kushal Shah
2) Sumit Kumar
3) Hiten Shah.
I agreee to the concept of "KISS" infact I am a follower of the same, although when "KISS" is used excessively it can be coounted off as "being lazy" on the performance review. And again we are having this level of discussion format for it helps
1) Team building.
2) Everybody has a rotating role and gets equal opportunity to talk and listen.
3) Helps building interpersonal relationships.
4) Helps building organizational structure.
Also, I agree with Kushal, on the matter of being productive. The goals have to be clear, and I need help in writing them down, below are some of the goals and the above four can be included in to.
Please feel free to modify them.
Goals:
A) Open conversation, increases awareness of the subjects.
B) Increases capactiy to communicate through mails.
C) Helps organising and presenting ideas via written stuff.
D) Awareness of the global scenario.
E) Sharing of knowledge and helping all involved in leading better lives by helping them communicate effectively.
I appreciate the feedback from Kushal and Sumit. What about others ?
