New RightField release

A new version of RightField - version 0.15 - was packaged and uploaded
today.

This new version includes the addition of an Apply button, to make it
more intuitive to build your spreadsheets, and also the ability to close
the current spreadsheet and start afresh without restarting RightField.
There have also been a number of bugfixes, and updates to the
dependencies Apache-POI and the OWL-API.
