I've had my cellular Apple Watch on the standard 12-month contract that's 7.88 a month for 10Gb of data. I've just been sent a letter saying my plan has ended as my year is up, and it gives me 3 options: do nothing and stay as I am, upgrade to pay 28 a month for a new watch with a 2-year contract, or switch to a new contract with 10Gb data at 5 a month for 12 months.

I'd like to take up the final option as my current watch works fine and the battery is still good, and obviously why would I opt to pay 7.88 a month when I can pay 5! However, I can't find a way to just choose this option online anywhere at all, either on the EE website, via the EE app or even via the mobile data options in the Watch app on my iPhone. All I am offered anywhere is the option to upgrade to a new watch - as far as I can see there's nothing about SIM-only watch contracts at any price in any location, either in the general online shop or in the my account area.

I'm wary of doing this, because last time I had to deal with customer services in relation to Apple Watch data I got someone who misunderstood what I was trying to do (switch my existing watch contract to a new watch), and ended up having to go through weeks of emails, calls to customer support and Watch/Phone resets because they signed me up for a new contract rather than swapping me over. It got sorted eventually, but only after being escalated because the usual customer support team just didn't know how to sort it.

While I get EE would prefer I pay them 28 a month rather than a fiver, I think it's bizarre to send me a letter offering me something and then not have a simple way for me to say I'd like it!

These plans are offered in the 'Watch' app when setting up your plan originally. I would err on the side of caution and not fiddle with the plan. I would speak to our upgrades team. If you explain it the way you have now, I'm sure they'll be able to set it up for you.

I have had the same email saying I can choose sim only since my contract is up, but nowhere on the site allows you to do this. Even on the plan page it offers sim only, but when you click through the standard upgrade it only offers watches no sim only contract??

Thank you for stopping by the Watch Dogs Wiki. While we promise you won't get hacked by Aiden, the wiki could use your help. Check out this page of Tasks and try to help complete the ones in red and yellow. If you have any questions, contact Chris6d or another Staff Member.

The six online modes (which are accessed through the smartphone) are named in-game as online contracts, of which there are six available to players. When engaging in online play, the player will always play from the perspective of Aiden Pearce, but will be seen by other players as another citizen.

A multiplayer mode where you take control of a police helicopter hunting down Aiden Pearce unique to IOS and android. It is played by connecting to an Xbox/PC/PS game online via the quick match button or by joining one of your Uplay contacts. The goal is to stop the other player (Aiden Pearce) from completing a race course using the police and the environment.

One of the multiplayer modes that exist in Watch Dogs is the seamless entry of another player's game in order to hack them. A player's goal upon entry of another's session is to install a backdoor virus on their smartphone so that they can steal a portion of the data that they have gathered.

Upon entry of another player's session, five minutes are available for the target player to be located. Once located, a backdoor virus can then be installed. Once installed, the other player will be alerted and the downloading process must then be completed without being detected or either player being killed.

Racing can take place online and participants each use a vehicle within a certain class, races using boats are also available for players to participate in. The seven classes for players to race in are;

In Online Tailing, the fixer enters another player's game unbeknownst to that player. First, the fixer must find the player in question and profile them. After doing this, the fixer must remain within a certain radius of the player until the observation meter reaches 100%. During this time, the fixer must avoid being profiled by the player, in which case the fixer must either kill the player or escape. Fully observing the player results in a success, killing the player or escaping results in a partial success, and being killed by the player (or otherwise) results in a failure.

Well for example with cayo they released treasure chests award before releasing chests themselves. But ofc it's possible that something obvious is missing too. Maybe you need specific setups completed in contract to have him inside or so..

You have to wait in there a few minutes. There's a few cutscenes during the show. He walks in first then later talks to Lola? on the PC behind then the drummer guy comes in and leaves then dre leaves. I got 16 mins on the award getting there just before him so it looks like 4 shows to fill up the award 60 mins.

So I finally got the call in a invite only lobby, few minutes after I finished a security contract for Franklin, I went the studio and he wasn't there, but thanks to the comments above, I waited for a bit and the cutscene triggered, after that I just stood in the studio watching him and the award started counting.

Try changing sessions because it's triggered for every user who has unlocked the studio at the same time (if i'm not wrong) and Dre will send you a direct invite link to the studio if he is performing and a text message by Franklin

Recently, I had a conversation with some faculty about the many Zoom-based invited lectures and keynotes they have given over the past year as part of the pandemic-spurred shift to online academic events.

One professor noted that the shift online means that many more people attend her talks now than when they were in person. Although grateful for the improved event accessibility, as someone who has experienced online harassment, she worries about increased visibility when event organizers post the video recordings online without any of the Zoom-based protections they provide in the live events.

Academia does not teach us about speaker contract negotiations, much less what should go in an agreement to ensure everyone is on the same page. Often speakers are sent boilerplate university contracts that include little in the way of speaker protection or are presented with recording consent forms right before an event starts, leaving them no time to review and little recourse if they want to say no.

There are a lot of problems with this situation, not least of which is that both speakers and organizers alike are encouraged to devalue the labor of speaking while speakers feel disempowered to intervene.

I approach event accessibility in broad terms, using the term to refer to who is made able to participate in the event and how they do so. Considering accessibility in this way means thinking about how people with various abilities and disabilities can participate in the event but also thinking about how language, gender, race, age, and class shape participation as well.

This means that elements like event time and length, food and childcare (for in-person events), equipment, ID requirements, and online event password protection are accessibility issues, as are captions, ramps, transcripts, and scent policies. Depending on your situation, you may want some or all of these accessibility elements explicitly included in a contract access rider and/or confirmed with organizers ahead of time.

The contract should clearly state whether the event will be recorded and, if so, by whom. Take care to outline who will own copyright of that recording and what that party is allowed to do with it, including whether and how they are allowed to share it with others for commercial and/or noncommercial purposes.

How will the recording be made available to the speaker(s) and event organizers, as well as any other relevant parties? Are non-copyright owners allowed to share the recording for commercial and/or noncommercial purposes? For instance, if the university owns the copyright, are you the speaker allowed to post the video on your website or vice versa?

Some more things to consider: Will there be any time limits to how long the recording will be made available? What happens if one party wants the recording removed (for instance, if you want the video taken down from a university website)?

Also consider marketing materials here. For instance, if publicity materials will use trademarked logos or names, the contract should spell out the terms for those. Most universities are vigilant about including trademark protections in their contracts. As a speaker, ensure your own relevant assets are protected by including them in the contract.

Purchasing goods, digital content and digital services from any EU country should be easy within the Single Market. However, when products are faulty, consumers are often uncertain about their rights. Many businesses also hesitate to offer their products to consumers abroad, because of differences in national contract laws.

To solve these problems, in 2015 the European Commission proposed a directive on contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services (e.g. streaming music or social media account) and a directive on contracts for the sale of goods (e.g. buying a camera or a smart watch). The European Parliament and the Council adopted these Directives on 20 May 2019. Following their publication in the Official Journal, Member States had until 1 July 2021 to transpose them in their national law.
