Send collectd metrics to riemann.

Can anyone please give me an idea or a procedure, how to sent the collectd metrics to riemann without using the collectd write_riemann plugin.

You can use collectd exec plugin [1] with riemann-client [2] shell
tool. riemann-client is usually shipped on most Linux distros as
"riemann-c-client" package.
