Riemann 0.3.10 Release

Apologies for the long time between releases.

I’ve just released 0.3.10 (the 0.3.10 release increments a fix for Java 19/20/21+ on top of 0.3.9 - I recommend you use 0.3.10).

Docker and Clojars have also been updated.
