Help build CARI's Youth Activist Group!

Climate Action Rhode Island‘s (CARI) youth team (started in April 2025) needs your support in plugging in young activists who are interested in the environment and public relations work. We have a couple of "Welcome Back to School" Zoom meetings coming up on September 9th and 16th at 7 PM.
The CARI Youth Team has three subgroups to allow students to be more focused on their area(s) of interest:
Legislation/government research tracking and networking
Communication through social media and graphic design/artwork
An action team that wants to be out campaigning/canvassing
Because the program is run under CARI, the youth have access to volunteers that have been activists for years and have offered to be mentors. The team will hold regular bi-weekly meetings.
