Call for Presenters for the 2025 RISTA Conference

Saturday, October 18th at the RI Nursing Education Center, Providence

Mark your calendar! The RI Science Teachers Association's annual conference returns with the theme:

“Making Sense of Science”

How do you support student sense-making in science?

What are your go-to resources or must-have routines for helping students develop understanding of concepts?

• Educators are invited to share innovative strategies and classroom successes that support elementary, middle and high school science instruction. 
• Currently accepting proposals for a breakout sessions (submit more than one idea if you have lots of ideas or can't decide).
• Invite your inspiring colleagues to co-present with you or submit their own presentation.  
• Presenters should be current members of RISTA. You are welcome to join if you are selected.
• Presenters get complimentary registration! (capped at 2 per presentation)
