Environmental Explorers School -Year 2- Launch in June 2026

Hello Everyone,

I hope you’re doing well. My name is Jacqueline Larson, and I am currently an MPH student at Brown developing a summer program called Environmental Explorers School.

Environmental Explorers School is an online environmental health literacy program designed for middle school students. The program focuses on introducing youth to environmental science topics, community engagement, and leadership opportunities with a focus to reach students who may not otherwise have access to this type of education. We piloted the program last summer, and this year we will be launching a revamped version in June.

I am reaching out to see if any of you would be willing to help share this opportunity with your networks. Specifically, we are looking to connect with middle school students, educators, and community organizations who may be interested in participating in or supporting the program.

I’ve attached a flyer with more information, and I would be happy to provide additional details or discuss ways we could collaborate. We would greatly appreciate any support in helping us expand access to environmental education and empower young people to engage with environmental health issues in their communities.
