The next New England Intercollegiate Geological Conference (NEIGC) is going to be here in RI (in and around URI's College of the Environment and Life Sciences in Kingston) from October 2-4, and the organizers are looking to set up field trip opportunities for the attendees. The conference usually attracts 250 participants, an audience of geology students and faculty, high schoolers, area teachers, and the interested public - even families. The trips can be half-day or full-day and they are looking to balance classic outdoor trips in interesting geologic areas with a complement of other activities (e.g., workshops). Feel free to think outside the box!
HOW TO PROPOSE A TRIP: Submit your contact info and an overview of the trip you would lead using this Google Form: https://forms.gle/mM7A8QDPNQqZCrf68
