Hi All,
Please consider joining us this Sunday, January 25, 2-4pm, for "Infinite Fetch," an exhibition at Make Do Studios in Providence highlighting recent projects created by faculty and student researchers at institutions across Rhode Island, in tandem with Rhode Island School of Design artists, through the VIS-A-THON program.
VIS-A-THON, a joint effort between RI NSF EPSCoR and RISD's Edna Lawrence Nature Lab, is a collaborative program that pairs Rhode Island STEM researchers with RISD graduate student artists to explore art-based approaches to science visualization that surface unexpected questions and connections in their research through a focused, hackathon-style format. This exhibition will showcase student projects from the past year.
Exhibition Details:
Opening Reception: Sunday, Jan. 25, 2-4PM
Exhibition runs Jan. 25 - March 14
Closing Reception: Saturday, March 7th, 4-6PM
