Calling all Tree Lovers!

Pawtucket Green Life is partnering with the Green Infrastructure Center and the RI Department of Environmental Management's Urban and Community Forestry team to offer tree identification and inventory training. We are actively recruiting community members to help complete a Tree Inventory of the City's public parks. Your participation will help support a healthier, more climate-resilient city. No experience needed — just a willingness to learn and give back to your community. 

This is a great opportunity to learn more about tree identification and tree health from subject matter experts! Gift cards provided to all participants and community service hours can be earned. If you're interested (and we hope you are), please sign up today!

• Training 1: Saturday, May 9th @ Payne Park (225 West Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02860), from 10 AM to Noon
• Training 2: Sunday, May 17th @ Wilkinson Park, 4-6 PM. Meet in front of the Blackstone Valley Community Health Care at 42 Park Place, Pawtucket, RI 02860.
