Greetings!!

You are invited to a Community Meeting about the Public Street Right of Way!

Are you longing for a healthier, more pedestrian safe Public Street Right of Way? Come out for a community conversation to generate questions and raise your concerns about the future of our one and only public access site to the water in South Providence! 

Included in the evening will also be some updates and discussion about the Provport Master Plan!

Who: All concerned with the Public Street Right of Way

When: Monday, November 24th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm

Where: Washington Park Library, 1316 Broad Street, Providence 02905

Come add to this list of questions we want addressed by decision makers:

1. When will the Public Street Right of Way become a healthier and more pedestrian safe place for our community to enjoy? 

2. What is the update on the current plans? Timeline? Budget? 

3. How will the city ensure that Public Street and the Public Street Right of Way is protected and safe for public use?

4. What kinds of barriers (such as a green buffer) can be constructed to shield people enjoying Public Street Right of Way from the salt and scrap metal?
