Hi all,

Happy back to school season for those who celebrate! I'm Kalliana, a senior at the University of Rhode Island and off-campus outreach lead for the Rhode Island Student Climate Coalition (RISCC). RISCC is a statewide coalition of students working to advance climate action legislation through advocacy, education, art, and community building. We are currently in the process of building out our base, both among students and among the existing community organizations and leaders.

RISCC currently has students representing Brown, URI, RIC, Providence College, and Salve Regina. We are looking to recruit a base of driven, creative students from all of RI's schools who are devoted to change-making. If you know of any students in your network who may be interested in joining, please forward them this email! I also would love to personally connect with any of you all to discuss potential opportunities for collaboration with RISCC.
