Iso space for nature preschool

Hi, 

I’m looking into developing a nature preschool in Northern RI. I was curious if anyone had any leads on places that may be available to lease/rent. I would need an indoor space that is temperature controlled and 700+ square feet. I would also like to have natural outdoor space surrounding the indoor space that would be regularly used by the children also. Ideally it would be available either September-June or year round. If anyone knows of a space please let me know.
