Please review your customized product carefully before placing your order. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Customized products may not be modified, cancelled, or returned once we have sent your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for any errors or mistakes that have been approved. You have the option to cancel your order at any time before we have sent your order confirmation email by calling our Customer Service Department at 218-236-1631.
A customization fee applies for all custom products. All prices posted on the website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Unless expressly provided otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. Unless otherwise specified, you will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE UPON RECEIPT. You are responsible for inspecting products promptly upon delivery. To return defective products, you may contact OtterBox Customer Service toll free at 1-855-688-7269. Unless otherwise specified, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items and you bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
By submitting a design and/or placing your custom order, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise possess all necessary rights with respect to the design content and that such content does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, use or disclose without authorization, or otherwise violate any copyright, trade secret right, or other intellectual property or other property right of any third party, and that the content is not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Personal Touch Marketing & Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any custom order with content that infringes any intellectual property or is otherwise inappropriate for production. You are solely responsible for any content you submit. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any content you submit. Please review your customized product carefully before placing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
