Tree removal near park entrance

Good morning neighbors,
I just wanted to inform you know that we’ve had Tree Worx come out and take a look at a tree on our property that borders our driveway and the park entrance. We had hoped that we could just remove limbs that are encroaching on our house and wanted to make sure we had the professionals advise us. Unfortunately, they have recommended that we take the tree down since the roots have been compromised. They plan to remove the tree on 12.08.25 and we wanted to reach out to the neighborhood and make you aware. Although they’ll be working from our driveway, there may be a period of time when the park entrance will be roped off until the main part of the tree is cut down. Our biggest concern is that all walkers remain safe. We will miss this tree and it’s shade in the summer.

Apologies neighbors but I received a call a few minutes ago and Tree Worx would like to remove our tree on Monday of next week. Just wanted to update you on the new timeline.
We feel like they will begin early Monday and be finished by the end of the day. Wood will be stacked in our driveway and picked up within 1-3 business days. So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause at the park entrance and we will do everything possible to minimize disruption to the passageway to the park.
