Hi Neighbors! There is a gentleman walking around the Lynncrest cul de sac with an orange safety vest and an iPad. He walked over to the front of mine and my neighbors homes, but did not knock on our doors. I imagine he is a surveyor of some sort but was curious if anyone knows who he is or what he is working on?

Truck parked down the street says QM3 utility services. It has cones out.   Ron thinks water service or similar.

It's Gas Company subcontractor checking throughout for leaks and checking meters at houses.  He was just at our house and we asked.  Thanks.

He probably is checking for gas leaks.. contractor for Chattanooga Gas 

Thank goodness it's not Friday at 3:40  and 20 degrees they will shut your gas off till you get it fixed he is supposed to  be knocking on doors to ask permission before he is on your property.. 

But does not .. just shuts your gas off and you get stuck paying over time ..
