Dear Ridgeside neighbors,
Below is a list of new neighbors who have moved into the City of Ridgeside in the past year or so. These are new additions to the directory which will be coming out in printed form in a few weeks for Fall 2025, and will include their contact information and children’s names.
We welcome these neighbors and their families, 19 children in all. Some are relatives of other neighbors, some friends, and some have just always wanted to live here. We’re so glad they are here.
Please introduce yourself and help them feel welcome. Offer to answer their questions. They have each been given a copy of the existing directory in their welcome basket.
Alex and Hutton Ivey, 140 Ridgeside Rd. 3 children,
Hudson and Rebecca Ellis, 300 Lynncrest, 5 children
Mark Hayden, 210 Brookwood Dr., 4 boys
Dino and Kelly (Brown) Francescutti , 142 Ridgeside Rd. 3 girls
Brendan and Leigh Hawks, 211 Brookwood, 1 yr old boy
Cole and Marcella Hamilton, 8 N Lynncrest, 3 girls
Darry Martin, 204 Brookwood Dr., retired, not moved in yet
Dwayne Smith and David Tester, 204 Windmere Dr., major renovation taking place, not moved in yet.
Also, newer family at 7 Crescent Park that has been there for over a year but I haven’t received their info yet. Still trying to get it. It was TBD in most recent directory.
Laura Elliott got married to Mike Hutchins. She was already at 111 Ridgeside Rd. Congratulations to the new couple.

As you have changes/additions/deletions, please let me know. Every email in the directory is also added to the City googlegroup ridg...@googlegroups.com. Official City information is sent out to you through this googlegroup. You may also use this group to email all neighbors at once since you are a member of it.
