Message from EPB Fiber Optics

As EPB Fiber Optics works as quickly as possible to address internet issues some customers have reported in Ridgeside, we want you to know that providing you with a great experience is extremely important to us.

We’re scheduling in-home support for a few customers who have issues that weren’t resolved over the phone.

We also want to be sure, we have the full picture. If you’re currently experiencing problems but haven’t contacted us, we encourage you to get in touch with us using a special email address we’ve set up just for you, Ridgesid...@epb.net. We also welcome you to call (423) 648-1299.
