Looking for a renter(s) for the house next door (March move-in)

Hi neighbors! 👋

I wanted to share something with our Ridgeside community before putting it out more publicly.

My husband Ryan’s parents are in the process of buying the Silverblatts' home (right next door to us!). 124 Ridgeside Rd. As much as we will miss Toni and David as neighbors (best ever), we are excited to have family moving into the neighborhood 🥳 They’re moving here from Nashville, and it will likely take about a year or so for them to get everything in order up there. In the meantime, we’re helping them find the right person (or people) to rent part of the home.

A little more about the setup: my sister will be moving into the home and renting one of the bedrooms, and there are two additional bedrooms available. Because of that, we’re being really intentional about finding a great fit — female only, and ideally someone who would appreciate a shared home environment, and the neighborhood as much as we do.

If you know anyone who might be looking for a one-year rental starting in early March, please feel free to send them my way. I’m happy to share more details directly with anyone who’s interested.

CORRECTION: I just learned that the city of Ridgeside does not allow a "roommate" setup. Must be a family that is a "single unit". So if anyone knows of an individual / couple / family that would like to rent in our wonderful city, please send them my way! 😊
