Solid White Cat

There is a solid white cat hanging around our house, this is the second time I’ve seen it over the past few days. Our house is right on Shallowford, our dog barks and scares it off whenever it comes close. Worried about it being so close to the road. Anyone know who it belongs to? Hope it’s not lost.
