to Asbury Dodge Neighborhood Group, Ridge Ct. Neighbors
Does anyone know the owner of these bags pictured below? A neighbor and I found them thrown in the street at Ridge Ct. and Lee late one night last week. (I apologize for just posting now. I tried bringing them to the EPD, but it was closed and then I went out of town.)
They don’t belong to my neighbors, have no identification, and appear to only be stuffed with clothes.
The other odd thing about this is that there was a Divvy bike nearby, also thrown to the ground.
Please let me know if I can get them back to their owner, or I will try again at EPD.

I’d continue with EPD. They may be able to identify some of the personal effects, or pull prints off the bags?
