Fellow cyclists and Ride of Silence Supporters,

I wanted to take a moment to say Thank You to everyone who made it out to the 7th Annual Ride of Silence - Harbor Springs and to all of those that support it. I know that some were unable to make it to the event but were there in spirit.

I particularly want to say Thank You to the Harbor Springs Police Department and officer Dave Heater for providing traffic control at key intersections.

The final rider count was 38 though I heard of a some mechanical issues that caused a couple of people to head back early. All in all it was a great ride this year with everyone remaining silent throughout the ride. Early reports from the worldwide event have 314 locations in 49 states plus DC, 21 countries and all 7 continents (yes, 12 riders participated in a spin for Silence at Palmer station in Antarctica!)

Much thanks to my friend and volunteer photographer Wanda. To see all of the 2014 ride photos, including a short video of us rolling down Main St, click the link below:

A big thanks to the local bike shops & stores that put up fliers for the ride, please thank them with your business if you get a chance :)

Thank You!!!
