SoI was expecting prices drops for Pixel 7 from Google Store for Black Friday. However, looks like they only give store credits as a deal. It will be 300 AUD credits for Pixel 7 Pro, and 250 AUD credits for Pixel 7.

Will I get a price match for this considering Google offers store credits?

If I am given price match, will it be in store credits? or refund to credit card?

If I am given price match, will I not get store credits as per black friday deal?

Bought Pixel 7 for $899 (using discount code) from the Google Store. It's still in it's return period.

I'm just going to ask the Google Store for a price match over online chat and see how I go. Store credit (boo) or Cash refund would be a bonus.

If I get rejected I can't be bothered going to JB HiFi to get one for $850 and then doing the Google return process over a matter of $50.

So I submitted my price match refund 9 days ago, they autoreplied with 'will respond in 48 hours'. Haven't heard anything yet. Followed up 3 days ago and I still haven't heard anything. Has anyone gotten a response from Google Regarding a price match refund?
