Round A Financing

Hi Ric,
Having found someone who can potentially head the commercialization of my project, can you please give me some more details around the process you use for 'Round A' (family & friends) financing.  How to go about it, what needs to be in place, etc.

Hi mate, its covered in the books... what you are talking about is seed or angel round NOT A Round. A round is your first professional round when the company is operating and is usually less than 5 mill

I paid for the 5-book series when you first announced it and which on
your website is promised "Each workbook comes every 21 days", but
haven't seen anything but the first in the series.

- Total 5 books" for the introductory discount price.

When am I likely to receive the rest of the workbooks?

Would you consider modifying the text on your website to reflect what's
happening?
[Eg. add a '*' and '* when available']
