Amnesty is unconstitutional because it requires what is called a writ of attainder and a writ of attainder is unconstitutional you can not forgive a crime when there is an existing law. It requires arrest , trial and conviction then the person can be pardoned but no one can be given amnesty and every trial must be separate and individual. We are a nation of laws it is time our legislators started following the law. Illegal entry to this country is a crime or it would not be called illegal.
