-- Elections --

     We are holding a special election this year to put 2 of the positions up for election this year.  This is in order to not have all 4 Board positions change hands every 2 years and maintain some consistency in leadership, and give more opportunity for people to take a leadership role.

    The 2 Positions up in December are: 

Vice President - currently Ray Heath Jr.

Treasurer - currently Chris Naruto

    The cool thing about Richmond Ultimate is ANYBODY who attends the RU Board meetings can vote.  If you do not attend the actual December Meeting you cannot.  Up to 3 days before the meeting we are accepting nominations, so that those individuals desire to run can be confirmed.

    Nominations are to be sent to secretary@richmondultimate.com by Sunday December 11th.

    The voting Meeting will be:

Food will be provided.

     VP Responsibilities - VP is responsible for Operations.  Making sure the day to day stuff, and preparation for Events is taken care of.  Backing up the President, and approving expenditures for Committee's also falls under the VP. 

      Treasurer Responsibilities - Money. Responsible for tracking the flow of Money through the Organization.  That includes regular timely reports on accounts and expected budgetary needs, making payments to vendors, and reimbursing for expenses.
