JOB ROLE:  Business Analyst (EXP Pharma MUST)

LOCATION:  Boston, MA

DURATION:  Long Term

 

Description: 

Our Client (Pharmaceutical Industry) is looking for a Business Analyst to facilitate a customer engaging marketing platform and customer contact center project. This individual will work on both the business and systems sides. They are looking for someone with at least 5+ of pharma experience and who is knowledgeable of pharmaceutical processes/life cycles and understands the general work flows and integration points for customer-facing platforms. This person will also likely work on other products in their pipeline. Day to day responsibilities will include interviewing stakeholders, gathering and managing requirements, documenting, creating work flows, defining technical/functional specifications, and liaising between IT and business stakeholders.

 

Must Have:

-          5+ Years of Pharmaceutical Industry Experience

-          Traditional Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst Experience

 

 Nice to Have:

-          Understanding of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Life Cycles

-          Experience with Customer-facing platforms and applications & customer contact centers
