【RIC OCT Update】------ OCT走进新时代！

一不小心八月也到尾声了，暑假就快结束了 T^T  

铛铛铛~~~~

CC我又要来开始新的Team Update啦！

 第一趴：近况Update

过去的十天里大致发生了这些事情

1. 天字一号的大事：几近一个月的纠缠我们终于把Hotel定下来了！

    我们Hotel女神无数次的MR/CC/CV （节操君虽然没有节操，但是还是个靠谱的好青年，有记录的MR酒店26家，全部CC完成，外加每次冒着大太阳颠簸一个半小时的地铁亲自CV过7家酒店，最后还要算上每次都是简介明了的Hotel Report！April你好棒！）

    VP-ER Hunter和FIFI也给了我们很多的resource，Hunter和最后定下来的和颐软磨硬泡良久，最终negotiate到了一个合理的价格！

    现在酒店的合同已经草拟完成邮递至MC等待敲章，完成之后就是支付定金。

    关于酒店的细节，节操君之前已写了一份详细的report，没看到的亲，可以看附件，我也附在了这份email里。

2. Sponsor！

   如果说Hotel是个花大钱的货，那Sponsor就是我们非常重要的revenue啦。现在具体情况如下：

   

   拓达-某留学教学机构-3000RMB-MC deliver的资源

   养乐多-乳酸菌饮料-不给钱给物资-Rebecca

   某个蛋糕店-不给钱给蛋糕-Hunter

   英孚-和拓达不冲突的英语机构-给8000但是尚在商谈，周五英孚会给最终结果-Hunter

   说到Sponsor这个事我真的是泪流满面的，Rebecca太给力了，一个人在两个礼拜里一直在高强度地CC，连负责人的微信都被她搞来了！

   同样也要感谢Hunter在帮我们和酒店协商的同时帮助Rebecca进行各种follow-up工作。

3. Souvenir

    ST一从火鸡国回来就被我抓来开始工作了 - -

    Logo：从第一版的“花”到第二版的心电图，ST的成果大家有目共睹，现在我们正在对LOGO做一些最后的修改。

    Souvenir：那份调查问卷是ST和我讨论了多次的成果，而且对于一些基本的Souvenir款，ST也已出了设计图。稍后附件送上。

    Design的工作看似简单，但其实非常复杂，ST既要做设计，又要弄PS，还有自己找淘宝外加考虑消费者心理。

    大家也知道个人品味各有不同，要综合多方意见，做一份大家都满意的设计，真的非常不容易，经常要修改甚至推翻重来。ST通常非常快速地就可以完成给我！

    我最感动的是我外出一周，没有网络track的时间里，ST把要做的事情全部都做好了o(≧v≦)o~~

4. Online Promotion

    因为负责线上宣传的OC Faci近日难以接触到网，所以我们的SNS平台会由薇薇安先来打理，辛苦Logistics！

    Vivian一个人加了两百多个粉丝，而且已经开始上各种状态了！

    关键是她今天早上才接手开始工作…太给力了！

5. Finance

    Jovia一直在和我沟通各种情况，并且做完了第一版的budget！

    Finance在和我沟通完了各种情况以后的两天内就拿出了budget！速度惊人！

    而出品的budget也是非常靠谱！

6. OCT Style

    这个Part就是我们纠结许久的OCT该穿什么~现在Vivian在收集大家的想法~

    我知道我们8个人本就有不同的品位趋向，喜欢的风格也不一样，但是希望大家能积极和薇薇安沟通，同时也看看其他人的想法，争取这周搞定我们的衣服！

洋洋洒洒写了这么多，不难看出过去的十天，发生了很多事情，我们整个progress已经卖出了很大一步！鼓掌！撒花！

 第二趴：放眼望去

      现在酒店也确定了，Sponsor也这么给力，一切都在有序进行。

      我们可以开始放眼望去，展望我们的未来了！我需要大家的出谋划策！

      我先提供一个，大家考虑看看~

      OC们向来是提供干粮高价卖给DG，这次ST提出我们可以做一个鲜食铺！

      鲜食铺，顾名思义，就是卖新鲜的食物。

      ST想到可以卖棉花糖…一个棉花糖机器大概100元~

      还有可以卖鲜榨果汁~热咖啡~关东煮~小蛋糕之类的

      

      请大家回复邮件，把自己的想法写在回复里~当初填APP的时候大家也应该有想过这些问题，如果我们能把它实现的话也是一件很让人激动的事情呢！

Team成立到现在有83天了，距离RIC还有45天。

我们这么忙忙碌碌，这么努力是因为我们一直期待着那三天能成功完美。

但其实我们自己的Experience绝大部分是包含在了这准备的128天里，无论是纠结，蛋疼，兴奋，欢快，都是自己独一无二限量版不可复制的经历。

希望大家能享受整个OC Experience，不留遗憾！

Sponsor的话你们可以再试一下加多宝，红牛之类广告做得很厉害的公司~

这次来IC我们所有的coffee break全都是sponsor给的。这些东西也是影响conference 体验很重要的。所以sponsor这边还是可以继续努力哒。

我刚问我妈什么吃得比较好做，她说煎鸡蛋...如果我们有电磁炉和锅我倒是可以做出很好吃的煎鸡蛋= =！

还有我觉得我个人不是很喜欢吃棉花糖，不过小盆友们应该喜欢吧！

还有我觉得关东煮有点麻烦，比如需要我们提前准备很多食材，还要考虑到保鲜和分量的问题，小蛋糕和咖啡如果有sponsor负责就最好了！

不过鲜榨果汁跟关东煮比较麻烦，也不确定DG会不会买。

要填肚子的话，我们可不可以问问酒店有没有微波炉，我们可以提供带加热服务的三明治啊。
