1.这份是给Speaker 的InvLetter,我顺便附了Speaker的信息=）
2.还有一份给delegate的邮件我稍后发你
Todolist：
1.准备Speaker的晚饭  和矿泉水 4个Speaker+Chair Chersy
2.准备准备奖状@fifi  问她要Templ
3.和过来人确认：4：30到现场+他的Workingshop的主题Topic+他的靓照
4.准备点礼物每人一份   可以用Souvenir或是Office的十周年本子
5.请认真过一遍Logistic Needs（比如投影要几个  大白纸什么要不要）
6.和酒店确认三个session room确认可以在18：00用

Oct.12,  2012 Regional Induction Conference will be presented by AIESEC in Shanghai, And We'd like to Strat the Conference with an remarkable Youth Forum.

1）大多数LC都可以在3:00前到（详见tracker），我已让OC Comm通知各LC，最晚16:00要check in，17:00准时开场
2）过来人礼物的话office都有。
3）@Rebecca，如果有特别的logistics需求，尽早说！

如果是4个speaker的话，我建议还是2个session room比较好。因为我们有480个dg，跟当初估计的350个差的略远。
所以分四个房间的话，每个房间要120个人。。。。酒店的session room是肯定放不下的。
如果两个放在session room的话，大plenary里放两个，每个可以放180人左右，剩下每个session room60人还差不多。
除非加speaker，那还能加点session room。
