昨天的中秋月亮真是大又圆，CC我吃了三个月饼，看了好声音决赛，觉得很满足呐~(@^_^@)~

因为大家实在是凑不出一个时间开offline meeting，我只能用邮件update给大家这周的工作啦。

1. OC Hotel

    1）和酒店确认：

         I）没有写在合同上的小包间是不是可以退

         II）周日下午14:00以后的钱能不能和退不掉的包间钱相抵

         III）多加一间套房的价格

    2）饭：确认菜单

2. OC Sponsor

    1）和过来人确认环保袋+speaker，以及签合同事宜（Synergy Design：出Delegate Bag设计图）

    2）Speaker online promotion 材料

    3）Hunter：虎牌啤酒确认/立顿确认/卡尼尔确认（东西运过来的时间，方式，数量）

    4）Sponsor的一些宣传材料，如易拉宝/宣传手册，何时送到

3. OC Design

    1）易拉宝设计

    2）Delegate Bag设计

    3）MC/Faci衣服设计

    4）10.7晚上回松江后，给souvenir们拍照，准备2nd mailing里souvenir promotion材料

    5）Souvenir sales strategy

4. OC Logistics

    1）delegate bag价格/尺寸/制作时间确认

    2）补货国誉本子

    3）对着Agenda脑补流程物资，具体可参考去年NLDS物资清单，列出一份清单

5. OC Comm

    1）对各个LC进行二次人数统计

    2）2nd mailing准备

6. OC Finance

    1）Budget 2.0

7. OC Faci

    1）准备借用AIESEC SISU人人公共主页转发sponsor信息

上个星期辛苦各位了，大中午还被我拖到食堂讨论design…

很多亲同时也在兼顾CI面试！

不过我们的高效工作让timeline回到正轨啦，撒花，撒花！

双节嘛，大家想要出去放放风是再正常不过的了，

但是因为RIC时间紧迫~请大家都做好自己的份内工作，

虽然假日里这样不太好o(╯□╰)o不过我会严密track大家的各项进展~

最后10天！！！！！

Ready to Rock RIC！！！！！！（突然发现这句话可以缩写成RtRR，或者更简单的RRR -。-）

最后还是多啰嗦一句，老规矩，看完邮件都要回复哦~
