Hi all,

Does anyone knows where can I find open source for Ab initio protein
structure prediction.

Thank you.

There is a program developed in Dr. D. Baker's lab at UW and by Dr. R.
Bonneau at the Institute for Systems Biology, that is used for ab
initio protein folding. It is called Rosetta and you might find more
info on it at

http://www.systemsbiology.org/Default.aspx?pagename=humanproteome#Rosetta

and

http://www.systemsbiology.org/Default.aspx?pagename=proteomicssoftware

or check out the baker lab web site. It is part of an open source
protein folding system, and scored very well at the last CASP meetings.

Hope that helps.
