Hi Tutors

 

We will be conducting a pilot run for a pre and post personal evaluation for the students.

The purpose is for us to identify whether the student has grown in those areas that we set out for RLP.

Although it is the second week now, please collect copies for your HG to fill out from Desmond.

 

1.       Hand out RLP Growth Chart.

2.       Students complete and return.

3.       Week 9, hand out the same form. Get them to mark an ☑ in those areas to see if there are any areas of growth.

4.       Facilitators can help process and ask them how they have grown in the areas. If they haven’t, why not and what needs to happen for them to improve in those areas.

5.       Collect the forms back so that we can consolidate the data.

 

This should be done as soon as you can.
