Hi all,
As mentioned yesterday, we will need to do the housekeeping training on check in day.
Tentative programme for check in day.
1.30pm – All checked-in
2.30pm – Comp Lab briefing
3.30pm – Block Briefing
7.30pm – Orientation activities
There is time between 1.30 – 2.30 and 4.30 – dinner time for it otherwise if we want to in cooperate it into orientation, please come out with a proposal of how you want to conduct it by 26th Dec together with the orientation programme so we have time to look through before the briefing on 2nd Dec.
Since Zheng Hung and Zhao Xiang will be doing up the room expectation ‘notices’, Son and Viet please discuss and come out with your plan for this training.

No time fixed yet on whether we still going to segregate the blocks for meals but earliest meal time will still be 5.30pm should we do so
