Dear Mr Desmond Koh,

I am the father of Julian Tan Wei Lun.  I would appreciate your kind assistance with the above for Julian for the following reasons:

1.)  Julian's grand uncle came back from overseas last Friday for his annual visit to spend time with our family.  He is getting on with age (85 years old) and rather closed to Julian, he's hoping to spend more time with Julian as he is afraid this might be his last chance to travel here with his old age and health condition.  Julian's grand uncle will be here for a month, as such we hope Julian can take leave from boarding for 3 weeks (4-24th Aug) to be with his grand uncle.  He will be back at boarding from 25th Aug 2014 onwards.

2.) He has a new Chemistry tuition session every Friday 8-10pm.

Kindly approve his leave application and I do apologise for any inconveniences caused.
