Hi all, I have purchased a used ProCut MH721-SE with a copy of Artcut 2005 from a friend but I'm having issues launching the software after install. I have 2 cds: one is blue and labeled English/German version, the other is white and is the Graphic/Chinese version.
After installing using the English version, clicking on the launcher opens a dialog that says "Please insert the install CD-R, then press ok!". I have tried using both disks without success. I have also tried running the program in compatibility mode for Windows XP and Windows Vista ( I am installing on a Windows 10 Machine).
Go down to the last post on this thread for a download at Slice n Dice post. It should just start downloading after clicking it. Then try the REDSAIL cutter for set up. That is the one that is being used for the UScutter MH series cutters.
I know, I know this is a terrible system. I've heard nothing but bad things but I'm only using it for something small and simple. I would love any help I could get. I used this system for the first time yesterday and it cut fantastic but when I ironed the vinyl onto the fabric the word was backwards. So to look at it when it cut into the vinyl the work was the right way and then ironing it on it went backwards. I'm assuming I would select something on the Artcut system to mirror the word but I'm having no luck finding the option. Has anyone used the system and understands what I'm doing wrong? Please help I'm terrible with computers.
Found this page that mentions mirroring, but the graphics are not loading here at work so I really don't know how helpful the page is. Do you have the manual for art cut? This link looks like that is all it is, just a web version of the manual.

Hi creatives. I've been having an issue with eps exporting. Some programs open the file but in others it looks like a heap of needles dropped on the floor. My only solution sofar is to open the "eps" file in coreldraw and export as eps to open properly as drawn in Inkscape. I have Ghostscript installed. Aparently Cdr and AI use a different version as Inkscape.
