Whenyou are ready to launch your dynamic emails to your users, you mustregister with Google for each sender email address that you use. You onlyneed to register the email once even if your email content changes or the samesender email address is used for another use case in the future.

Send a real, production-ready email coming from your production servers(or a server with similar SPF/DKIM/DMARC/From:/Return-Path: headers)including the dynamic email MIME part toampforemail...@gmail.com. We need this in order to check that youcomply with all the guidelines and requirements. As you send this email, do the following:

Registration works on a per-sender-email-address basis. If you want toregister more than one sender email address, each address needs to beregistered separately and needs to send its own production-quality email.

You mustn't allow third parties, such as users or the general public, todirectly author and send emails. The emails you send can containuser-generated content, such as posts or comments. Testing tools and "emailplaygrounds" can't be whitelisted and should instead rely on the stepsoutlined in Test your AMP emails in Gmail.

The eTLD+1 of the sender email address to be registered must serve or redirect to a validwebsite (e.g., not a parked domain) that belongs to the sender. For example,if the sender email address is nor...@mail.example.com, then must serve the website. The website must be accessibleworldwide without needing an IP filter.

I'm having active subscription for 8$ / each user, and trying to find a gmail service for already one day. It's basically missing everywhere and I'm not able to turn it on/off. Domain is attached, working and verified.

It sounds like you might have signed up for Workspace Essentials, which does not include Gmail. See =en , as well as the line there that reads "Compare instead: Enterprise editions Education editions Essentials editions" for a comparison of all the various different editions of Workspace and what they include.

i have this exact same issue - I only get shown the 'Enterprise' options, but when I click 'Compare Options' to see the pricing I get taken to the Business subscription options - but if I try to sign up for a Business subscription (with Gmail app included in the subscription) it blocks me as my domain already exists, and I can't merge with my existing account... going around in circles and I'm so frustrated!!

@TonyFreedom - I don't know how you came up with that solution; however I extend my greatest appreciation and gratitude!! It took me over 7+ hours today to bounce around and attempt to find a solution and/or documentation that could assist me with getting access to my Business Gmail account (as the "ADMIN")... Google did nothing to help with it's pointless documentation and lengthy words of nothingness...

If it wasn't for some of the other "apps" that allow us to communicate as a company with users in multiple states, I would abandon this completely!

Thank you again sir for detailed and accurate info that addresses the issue and presents a solution... Google could learn a lot from you

Has anyone found a solution? Same issue for me. Have had the google admin account (email had been working for years) and now I am not able to find the app from the Google Workspace apps. Have changed RX records several times within Godaddy, etc. I am the admin. Have deleted all accounts but the admin account. Nada... Am so frustrated with google. And only need the account for a password reset for a specific platform. Urghhh.

@seekthewild No, I'm sorry. Essentials specifically does NOT include Gmail Here's a direct quote so I don't mislead you: "With Essentials for your domain, you get many of the features of other editions of Google Workspace but without the cost of services you might not need, like Gmail." =en&fl=1

Oh! Ok, but how do I upgrade? When i try to sign up for another plan, like Business Starter, it tells me my domain has been registered already and can't upgrade to that plan. I'm currently paying for one user.

Thank you very much @newman. Unfortunately i'm still missing something. This $30 plan shown on the video does not show gmail anywhere within the services it provides. So not really sure this will work. Tempted to delete the google admin account and start from scratch. I see a (yet another) set of services (business starter $6 + business standard $12 + business plus + enterprise) and these ALL say they offer custom business email... but i'm not able to sign up to one of these since my domain is already signed up to google workspace.

In the video when they are upgrading their subscription it is showing them only the additional features they will gain. It is not showing gmail because gmail was already included in their previous subscription. If you change to business starter, standard, plus or enterprise standard or enterprise plus you will get access to gmail. This sheet has more detailed information on each subscription and what features it has access to.

Can you open a support ticket and ask to upgrade to business starter? That will get you email as a service you can turn on. You might need some help lighting workspace for the email with this pathway though. I think the wizards will activate though for you when you go to gmail and there will be banners about needing to do things. -KAM

CCSF email account guidelines require CCSF to delete inactive email accounts with no academic activity and/or College Services within the past 12 months. Your CCSFMail account, [username]@mail.ccsf.edu, will be deleted on [date]. You are strongly encouraged to back up your email and Google Workspace files before your account is deleted.

In your classes, some instructors may be sharing Google documents with you through Canvas. Also, as more features become available, you will be able to use the various applications, called Google Apps, attached to the start page.

The best way to ensure that you receive all CCSF communications is to use your CCSFmail. Because forwarding email has not been reliable in some situations, CCSF does not recommend relying on this feature. We have evidence that some bulk notifications and system email messages, like messages about waitlist registration, are often blocked by third-party email services. If you choose to forward your email, it is your responsibility to verify that you receive and read all CCSF messages. If you want to go ahead with forwarding, follow the steps below.

Email shall be considered the primary mechanism for delivering official communication by CCSF to students. The College retains the right to send official communication via email to the official CCSFmail email addresses of students with the full expectation that those communications will be received and read in a timely fashion.

It is recognized that certain communications may be time-sensitive. Therefore, students are expected to check their email on a frequent and consistent basis to stay current with College communications. Although you can easily forward your CCSFmail to another account, forwarding is not always reliable. The best way to ensure that you get all your CCSF email is to actively use your CCSFmail account.

Official CCSF communications contain information that students must have to conduct business with the College and for which they will be held accountable. Examples of official communication can include, but are not limited to:

Email shall be considered an appropriate means for official communication by faculty with students. As such, faculty can require students to check their CCSFmail email on a specific and/or regular schedule.

Once a student receives a CCSFmail email account, all official communication from the College shall be directed to that account. Students are expected to check their CCSF email account on a frequent and consistent basis.

Students who choose to have their CCSFmail email forwarded to a private, unofficial email address (e.g., hotmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.) that is outside the college network address (ccsf.edu) do so at their own risk. The College is not responsible for any difficulties that may occur in the proper or timely transmission or access of email forwarded to any unofficial e-mail address.
