You have one week to save! Prices for all Festival passes increase
November 15, 2006. I'm pretty sure that the free local housing will be
closing around that time as well, but I have set up a discounted rate
at a nearby hotel. Please see below.

FULL DAY PASSES AVAILABLE NOW

Full Day Passes, perfect for Southern California residents who can't
make it to the whole Festival, are available now! On Saturday December
30, Sunday December 31, and Monday January 1 around 400 dancers from
all over the globe will be dancing from 11AM until 5AM in San Diego.

Your Full Day Pass will get you classes, dancing all day, exciting
contests, two live bands, and a 2 room after-hours party in a coffee
lounge that stays open all night!

TAP CLASS ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE
----------------------------------------
Rick Ausland (along with his brother Andy) founded Buckets & Tap Shoes
in Minneapolis, a unique troupe of musicians, percussionists, and tap
dancers last seen as surprise guests at the Ultimate Lindy Hop
Showdown! Since 1997 they have been astounding audiences and students
with their intense, driving rhythm.

The tap class will be progressive and geared for all levels of dancers,
regardless of tap experience.

With many of you still planning on attending the event, I set up a
discounted rate with the San Diego Lafayette Hotel and Suites, which is
only 1.1 miles from all the dancing.

The official hotel of the Rhythmic Arts Festival is the San Diego

Plus, the hotel is only 1.1 miles from all the dancing! The RAF

2005/2006 RAF 2-DISC DVD SET

This 2-Disc DVD set contains footage from the second annual Rhythmic
Arts Festival, held December 29, 2005 to January 1, 2006. Now anyone
can watch the contests, remember the bands, and review the classes
again and again.

Disc 1 -- contains all contest prelims, the Solo Charleston Contest
featuring the New Orleans Wanderers, Joseph Wiggan's Tap Performance,
