We are all sitting and not much movement and muscles get tightened and aches and pains started or will start.
Learning to stretch the muscles with and from Trained people is very beneficial.

I was participating in Group Sadhana with Rekha khunteta eveyday in lockdown.I surprised to see Nang from
Myanamar also participating. She recognized me and called me and send our Group photo. Both of us trained
