Did you people do the booking this weekend? How many of you? What are
the formalities? Did you receive any commitment on legal papers?

Please do share details.

Hello

We did 11 booking last Saturday.

paid 5lacs for 30x40 and 6lacs for 30x50 and got allotment letter, MoU depicting the terms and conditions of payments, and also received post dated cheques with 12% interest (if project delayed)

Hello Rajasekhar,

Did you do any kind of background verification on Rhymer group before booking? I understand that approvals will be there only after June, but there should be something that we can get validated with a lawyer rt?

Like land title etc?

Expected launch is on Aug15 with price Rs 2499 sft, they are not sharing any data related to land.

Only information you get is about the developments, plans ....etc

Hi Rajshekhar,

I am also interested in this project. I visited their office yesterday.
Can you tell what are the conditions they are imposing for reselling of the plots once some one book them?
