Rs 1700 seems to bit high, if you go further 2-3 km JR villa plots sold at Rs1500 long back.

Since it is going to be 50 acres and moreover will be designed by INVIUCS...we thought to take risk on this project.

We are 11 in number and willing to construct.

Hi All,

I've visited this location on Dec-2012, Square one/Rhymer Easton showed me the 55 Acres of land filled with Neelagiri farm on left side just after the Delhi Public school.

Where as in above document attached by RS, location is marked on right side.

This makes me doubt on the project. When i asked them when you will get the approval of BMRDA, they said my March -2013 end.

I still see there is no approval from BMRDA.

I feel its a risk taking only.

Please share your thoughts.

Hi All,

   I dont think they are genuine developers. Its all fake. Trying to extort money from others. First of all the site location is full of jungle. Not even a half inch digging done by builder. No Board which shows land belongs to them. They are claiming they have sold 80% of land. What they think people are fool and invest their hard earned money without doing any investigation. Converting 56 acres of jungle into residential land is a huge work. It not a matter of 3 - 4 years. Those who are claiming have invested their money may have done a big mistake or may be they are their own people who has joined the group to influence other. Guys now its all your thinking to take decision.

Not sure if any of you noticed, a new name "Meenakshi Estates Villas" now appear on Wikimapia, at the same place as the old "Mallasandra" project. The new project seems to be lesser in dimension.
There is a mobile number in the link, but was not able to speak to the concerned person (zero is not required, it is a local number).

If any of you get any details on this latest development, please do post.

Yes i also saw this project, they are asking for 1600persqft. No approvals yet though, they are expecting to get the approvals in a months time.

  Did you visited the Site location. How is it? Did they started work or it is like Rhymer not even a single inch digging.
