Hello Everyone, I have been following this group for a while. I am planning to book a plot next week. When I enquired they are still saying it would take 2 more months for approval. I am suspicious, has anyone approached an advocate to verify their layout plan, title docs, sale agreement etc. Also did you guys get the sale agreement on a bond paper ? I believe you guys are in touch with Rhymer, what are they saying now. Any latest updates, project progress since march. It seems they are waiting for approval since Dec 2012. Please advise.

Hi Hema,

I had a discussion with those guys. They were telling they are changing the layout plan and it is in the paper. They dont have soft copy. so they didn't send it to me. I dont know what exactly is the truth.

No update to us. Last I heard by year end or march- ish
