Hi Karna, Thanks for the update, I'm in.

Just let you all guys know if there is not progress I would like to withdraw. It doesn't make sense if developer is not committed in making this happen and keep on changing the plans every time we meet.

Would like to here from you all what is your prospective on the future steps should be.

Hi All,

As per my discussion with MD from Rhymer, this project is not yet got "Change of use Land"approval and waiting for it. Ao development for more than a year and even I am planning to withdraw my bookings.

Hi Aravind,

In the last meetings (before elections), they had told that they got the approval for CLU (Change of Land use) and after election they would pay the required fee and get the land converted for residential use. So, was that incorrect information ?

Hi Ravi,

MD clearly said that, they have got approval for another two projects(Apartment project which is in joint-venture) which is other part of same road, but they yet to get the approval for RHYMER-EASTON and he said "daily follow-up is happening". Did anyone get the copy of CLU approval documets? if anyone knows Kannada, then we can cross verify the documents in the up-coming meeting on 21st June with RHYMER.
