Hi Rajshekar,

Yes we have news for you. Our change of land use application is being considered positively. Due to the ZP elections this month, we will get a reply next month. 

The new Masterplan of the BMRDA is expected in the next month and we should have our conversion done and we will commence the project. 

We are totally dependent on the authorities for approvals but the worst is over. 

Some rumors are being spread that the project may not take off. To those who would not like to continue, we are taking some time and returning the amounts with interest. Those staying along with us will be rewarded with an appreciation as we will be selling the balance villa plots only after we have all approvals in place @ Rs. 3000/- per sq ft.
