Guys,
Here is the Update .
1. Where are the Rhymer in terms of Progress
They have not progressed much the reason is Government has released plan for development of land in and around Satellite towns ( Hoskote, Sarjapur and Anekal).
Govt want to develop land very close to the above said towns in the 1st phase and the land close to the Bangalore in phase2 (which is 2021 to 2031).
But looks like Govt is considering before December 10th submitted proposals for conversion as Rhymer has already submitted all the related Docs
Ismail Sait is telling there wont be any problem for Rhymer in fact they were expecting conversion by Dec 10th it self (this was the expected good
news for this meeting) but as every one knew it is Indian Govt.
As per Rhymer Land conversion will happen very soon and the project Launch would be some time March to April.
2. Single point of contact for Updates
Ismail Sait clearly told they cannot do that and they cannot attend every ones calls whenever we need, if we want we can set the meetings like this once in a month or once in 2 months and get the updates.
Bottom line:- They are very confident that the project will happen but they cannot give strict time lines as of now, whoever is trusting them and willing to stay in the project they need to be bit patient and whoever don't have confidence or not willing to stay back they can take back the money with interest.
I spoke to most my friends and we are on word, as they are telling land conversion will happen very soon and once the project is launched they will finish it very fast we want to see till April End so we are staying back with Rhymer.
People who have attend the meeting can add if i am missing some thing .
Thanks,
Karna.

Land conversion should happen on or before Mid-March since the Lok Sabha elections are going to be held from mid-April and the election code of conduct would come into play from mid-March onwards.
