Hello Guys,

I have received a SMS yesterday night from Umair saying Ismail Sait will travelling next weekend as well so he is asking to meet either this Thursday (12th) evening or Monday (16th) evening.

Which data you guys want to meet?

Hi Karna,

I think we should meet him on Thursday(12th). Monday(16th) is the first day of the week, so everyone will be busy with work and we also wanted to meet him as early as possible right.

Hi

We have to be little bit careful about the communication with RHYMER, as our money is blocked for some time hoping for better returns or good plot for construction.
I know there is delay in such projects, however since these are private player we have to be cautious.

Few things which we should know during communication with RHYMER are( as he will not give more time for us)
1. Focus on project and try to understand why the delay, how much more time it takes. Try to listen what they say. Ask for documents for proofs

2. Don't rush to ask money back or re-issue cheque with other dates. Keep this option bit late.

4. Ask for alternative single point of contact from RHYMER for further communication. His son could be ok. We have spend more time in getting appointment, which is irrelevant at this contest. Getting appointment with CM is easier than MD of RHYMER ;).

5. Go in group and be in time as traffic should not be reason for delay.

6. Have brain storm and stick to group decisions, yes please stick to group decisions

Since I can't be part of this meeting hence these are my views and other comments are welcome.

I will get updates from Karna when I am back to Bangalore.
