Let me know if you guys got any update on the project? if we are planning to meet MD, count me in as well. This is a priority for me now...

The meeting is scheduled on 31st Jan at 11:30am.

Note: due to my Brother marriage on 31st i will not be attending the meeting.

Hi All,

Let's try to the maximum extent to attend the meeting this time/every time.

Meeting has happened in the MD's room last time since the chairs in that room were sufficient to accommodate the attended three people.

Let us have some meeting agenda:

Please add/modify the points mentioned below:

1. Status on the industrial to residential conversion. Documentary evidence to support the same (like official conversion order)

2. Status on the land already purchased/registered in Rhymer's name from the landowners. Documentary evidence to support the same (like registered Sale deeds)

3. Does the old layout plan still hold good ?? Or now a new plan needs to be made (Change in layout plan would be required if Rhymer is not able to purchase the required amount of land from the land-owners)

4. Expected time-frame for BMRDA approval

5. Expected time-frame for layout completion

Thanks Ravi for coming up with agenda.

When I looked for Bangalore in Google maps, I am seeing a boundary line and Rhymer's project is outside of this boundary line. Not sure what it means for us. Attached the screenshot with Rhymer being highlighted as star in red colour.

The correct meeting time should be communicated to the group. The meeting time communicated was 11:30am. Two of us turned up but no one was there. Mohan came all the way from Banashankari.

How many people are planning to come at 3pm???
