I am trying to withdraw money which i was given, whenever i go there he is providing the post dated cheque. Till now two times cheque bounced. Again he given post dated cheque to next month. Still he is saying approvals need to be done waiting for approvals from BBMP.

I went to site also nothing progressed till, it is going to complete 3 years.
Please gather all of us and get the money back.

I am struggling to get my money for last 2 years. I have cancelled my booking 2 yrs back and yet to get my money back. The funny part is, He is repeating the same reason on this year also. He told me that, he has withdrawn the Easton project and looks like, our money is been misused to other purpose.But he has settled 1.5Crs to Umeir and he is not ready to settle 5-10laks to us. cos, umeir is his relative. Unless otherwise, we are united, we never going to get our money back.

This is my experience and feeling that I am trapped. May be police compliant will help us to get our money.

I don't see unity here, i doubt if you guys get money like this.

If they are not responding even for cheque bounce, it's time to take some bold steps.

I don't know how many of you received money and how many are still believing that they will complete the project?

I don't have anything to do here as i received my money long back but i struggled for more than a year to get.

looks like he is still giving same reasons what he gave me years back.

My suggestion is lets have a valid cheques for every one and send a refund mail for a same date and all should deposit on the same date and if the cheques bounces every one should send legal notice from same lawyer and proceed to file case if he doesn't respond.

even if there are 20 plots its about 1.5 to 2crores, pay 10% to a good lawyer it's worth to take some bold steps.

Umair sent me a Advertisement for another project and i showed my anguish to him, he told if you guys don't unite and take some bold steps he will not return even for next 2years.

Divide and rule was a British tactic to rule great India for centuries. If you guys don't unite it's up to you guys

Hi all, 

 We are all in same boat. Plz don't wait for someone to lead. Plz everyone suggest for further proceedings. If we don't act now, we won't get our money ever. We may think that, if we go alone, there is a bright chance of getting our money back and we were trying individually. But at the end we failed as an individual and Rhymer is very successful so for to delay our payment. It is sad that even though cheque bounce, we haven't taken any legal action.

  Let's have a plan further proceedings without any delay.

For all those who does-not have a valid cheque  ( with a valid MoU) , only way to get your money back is to file a CIVIL CASE against Rhymer.

It will take its own sweet time to resolve ( min of 2-3 yrs) . He got us all.. big time.

I see no response here. Pls understand that unless and until you play hard on him , not even a rupee will come back.

Ismail had settled money to most of the investors .. Some even got the money with Interest ( in the form of cash ) ... Only few have become bakras..

Simply sending emails and saying "include me" , will not get your money back. Either you act or leave your money!.

 I think many people have already filed for cancellation/refund in individual capacity. I am not sure how many people got back the full money (Principal + Interest)..

Regarding cheque bounce, did you inform Rhymer before encashingor just encashed on the date mentioned in cheque. I think the PDC (post dated cheques) may not be backed by money in the account.

I had asked Rhymer if I can encash the PDC (since I was not sure if they keep cash idle in the account for the PDC's) but they said that they will issue new cheque for the refund. I havent received the refund yet.

Hello everyone ,

My cheques got bounced and i filed a criminal case against Rhymer and yesterday was my second hearing .

Salman had appeared in the court. It will surely take some time for my money to get back.

All those who are under the impression that these guys will give you money -- pls come to reality and act wise.

Judge was surprised none of us had filed a 420 case against Rhymer.

If you need any assistance in legal proceedings , pls send me a personalized email. I can help you out with suggestions.

I got referred by someone( dont want to mention his name) to Rhymer and that guy happily took all the money back 1.5 years back  with interest  at the right time  without even giving clue to any of us whom he referred.

Cruel world.. but all was meant for a good learning.

Bygones is Bygones , atleast now i request people in the group to be co operative and keep sharing and updating the developments you have.

I am sure no one has time to meet! .. at the least u can do this.

In case i don't get any responses , this will be my last email to this group.

i was in deep trouble 2years back by loosing about 75laks and i was not in a position to hold the plot and was not in a position to keep my flat which i sold for loss of 10laks.

so i had no option i took it back and i was not aware at that time that these guys are like this.

i informed know people so that they can benefit as it was looking good but i have not forced any one to buy.

i had nothing in it to force anyone.

Let me know if i forced anyone here to buy it.

I am never against you taking your money back without informing us. you want to be on safe side as you have your own problems.

But what bothered me is someone else told me that you got ur money back that too after months.

Had you informed us at least on the day of your encashment , things would have been different.

And second point here is , you have taken your money back , also because u believed that Rhymer Easton is never going to materialize , though liquidity in hand at that moment was your primary reason.

Yes , u never forced us to invest with Rhymer , but yes , u  are the one who showed us way to his office for the first time, so we expect you to inform us on the day of encashment of ur cheque at the leastt.

And with this , i have learned a lesson , never give any financial suggestions to any of my friends . I am sure you would have learnt that by now too. I thank god as a couple of my friends who were about to invest with Rhymer , to their fortune , they backed off in the last moment .

My only intention to raise the aspect of refferal here is to convey how un united this group is .. Pls dont take me in a wrong way.

I have not taken my money back by knowing that Ryhmer doesn't materialize, the day when i cancel there was a group meeting i informed people that day itself.

I have taken back because....

I trusted my friends and invested heavily and back stabbed by them.

I was going through sleepless nights for more than i year, i was paying  18% and 24% interest for 30laks and a home loan and 15laks personal loan EMI's

 

if rhymer materialize i was not in a position to pay even a single rupee. so i desperately wanted to full back from Rhymer and pay the money where i took @24%

because that's the only source of money i have, my salary was not enough for even EMI, interests. I begged at one of my friend in this group to help 

me with 10laks to close my Home loan before selling as no one was ready to buy as it don't have OC and SBI is not ready to give loan and as he was helpless so i took 22laks personal loan with bribe to close my loan and sold the flat with 10laks loss.

I was in complete mess and going through sleepless nights and moreover i have cancelled on the day of meeting, and in the position where i was nothing came to my mind.

and by the way some one in this group only showed me path to Rhymer, i am not the first one who walked into Rhymer first.

I am extremely sorry if any one has feeling that they lost (you haven't yet) because of me, as i felt it was good project i just informed the people i know, and it was with good intention.

Guys ,

Its important that we should not open up about how you will handle the situation when you talk to Ismail . Also pls make sure you dont mention about my on going court case . It might provoke him not to give any post dated cheques. .Also pls dont sign on a letter that they give you which says 'that you will deposit the cheque only after informing Rhymer'.

He blackmailed/threatened to take a legal action against me not to file a case because i have signed on a paper which has the above line.
so pls act very very smart when you talk to these guys.

To give you guys a brief , these guys gave three cheques to me -- 2 for principal amounts and 1 for interest

when i deposited three cheques , one cheque got encashed to my fortune and Rhymer dint even realize that it got encashed.

Now this is the response i got from Rhymer  after they realized that one of the cheque for encashed by mistake , you will be shocked.. read it carefully.

the court case that is ongoing is for the 2 cheques which got bounced.
